Such a balanced view point.. I tend to agree, I saw myself in a lot of what was written. I'm health aware, natural healing and prevention methods with no pharma. Pretty healthy whole food diet i follow the 90/10 rule.. life should be lived. Food is such a great pleasure in life. I always make a point of never feeling guilty or regretting my choices when i have a glass of vino or a slice of cake.. great article.

Thanks, Dee! In my articles, I always try to share examples of the routines and protocols I don't exactly follow. We are all humans with real lives, and perfection is overrated and actually not useful.

Great article! Thanks for sharing your perspectives through personal experience. Happy belated birthday! Cheers on your remarkably slow aging! We share the same view, esp. on Health. Health is not about perfection, rather the consistency and sustainability.

Thank you! I like your publication a lot. Everything I do is about prevention. Can't wait to read your articles.

I really enjoyed reading this as I've also come to notice this pattern and have been choosing to live life more freely and let go of the small stuff. I aim for 80/20 and trust in me knowing what's best for me. I know that's not the case for everyone but I think your message is clear: find what works for you.

I'm so glad you liked it. Nobody knows your needs and limits better than you. Letting go of the small stuff and finding your own balance is powerful. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I love that you don't feel obligated to be perfect, I think this says to me you have found your own perfection, for now. That may change for you of course, but for now, being as perfect as you want is just fine!

I found my own perfection.

Thanks, Lee. I love that!

I believe if you’re grateful for your meal, and really savor it, the frequency of the food rises, which improves the nutritional (and spiritual) action in your physical body.

That’s my story, and I truly believe it.

That's so interesting! Yes, I believe that too. I'm always grateful for everything, and that could be our secret to longevity. So simple yet effective.
